Contact lenses and eyecare products are non-refundable however we do offer exchanges on unopened boxes of most soft contact lens types within 60 days of purchase. Any upgrade from the initial product purchased is at the purchaser's expense. There are no exchanges or returns on custom products.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).
